بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

{ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ
إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْكُمْ وَلا تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا }
[ النساء 29 ]

ينهى الله تبارك وتعالى عباده المؤمنين عن أن يأكلوا أموال بعضهم بعضا بالباطل
أي بأنواع المكاسب التي هي غير شرعية كأنواع الربا والقمار
وما جرى مجرى ذلك من سائر صنوف الحيل وإن ظهرت في غالب الحكم الشرعي
مما يعلم الله أن متعاطيها إنما يريد الحيلة على الربا

وقوله تعالى :

{ إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْكُمْ }
قرئ تجارة بالرفع وبالنصب وهو استثناء منقطع
كأنه يقول لا تتعاطوا الأسباب المحرمة في اكتساب الأموال
لكن المتاجر المشروعة التي تكون عن تراض من البائع والمشتري فافعلوها
وتسببوا بها في تحصيل الأموال .

{ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا }
أي فيما أمركم به ونهاكم عنه .

عن أبي هريرة قال :
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :

( من قتل نفسه بحديدة فحديدته في يده يجأ بها بطنه يوم القيامة
في نار جهنم خالدا مخلدا فيها أبدا ومن قتل نفسه بسم [ تردى به ]
فسمه في يده يتحساه في نار جهنم خالدا مخلدا فيها أبدا )

{ O you who believe! Eat not up your property among
yourselves unjustly except it be a trade amongst you,
by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves
( nor kill one another ). Surely, Allâh is Most Merciful to you }

حدثنا ‏ ‏واصل بن عبد الأعلى ‏ ‏حدثنا ‏ ‏أسباط بن محمد‏ ‏عن ‏ ‏هشام بن سعد ‏ :
‏عن ‏ ‏زيد بن أسلم ‏ ‏عن ‏ ‏أبي صالح ‏ ‏عن ‏ ‏أبي هريرة ‏ ‏قال ‏:
قال رسول الله ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم :

(‏ كل المسلم على المسلم حرام ماله وعرضه ودمه
حسب امرئ من الشر أن يحقر أخاه المسلم‏ )
( سنن أبي داود )

‏ ( حسب امرئ من الشر إلخ ) ‏
‏ أي حسبه وكافيه من خلال الشر ورذائل الأخلاق احتقار أخيه المسلم واستصغاره .

( Abu huraira reported Allah's Messenger
( may peace be upon him ) as saying:
Don't nurse grudge and don't bid him out for raising the price
and don't nurse aversion or enmity and don't enter into
a transaction when the others have entered into
that transaction and be as fellow-brothers and servants
of Allah. A muslim is the brother of a muslim.
He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down
upon him. The piety is here, ( and while saying so )
he pointed towards his chest thrice. It is a serious evil for
a muslim that he should look down upon his brother muslim.
All things of a muslim are inviolable for his brother in faith:
his blood, his wealth and his honour )
