بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم



{ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى

وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ }

[ النحل 90 ]



يخبر تعالى أنه يأمر عباده بالعدل وهو القسط والموازنة ويندب إلى الإحسان

كقوله تعالى :



{ وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُمْ بِهِ وَلَئِنْ صَبَرْتُمْ لَهُوَ خَيْر لِلصَّابِرِينَ }



وقوله :



{ وَجَزَاءُ سَيِّئَةٍ سَيِّئَةٌ مِّثْلُهَا ۖ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ }

وقال :



{ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ }

إلى غير ذلك من الآيات الدالة على شرعية العدل والندب إلى الفضل



{ وَالإِحْسَانِ }

فإن الإحسان الذي أمر به تعالى ذكره مع العدل الذي وصفنا صفته :

الصبر لله على طاعته فيما أمر ونهى , في الشدة والرخاء والمكره والمنشط ,

وذلك هو أداء فرائضه



{ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى }

أي يأمر بصلة الأرحام



{ وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ }

فالفواحش المحرمات والمنكرات ما ظهر منها من فاعلها.



{ يَعِظُكُمْ }

أي يأمركم بما يأمركم به من الخير وينهاكم عما ينهاكم عنه من الشر .

{ Verily, Allâh enjoins Al-‘Adl

( i.e. justice and worshipping none but Allâh Alone

Islâmic Monotheism ) and Al-Ihsân

[ i.e. to be patient in performing your duties to Allâh,

totally for Allâh’s sake and in accordance with the Sunnah

( legal ways ) of the Prophet in a perfect manner ],

and giving (help) to kith and kin

( i.e. all that Allâh has ordered you to give them e.g.,

wealth, visiting, looking after them, or any other kind

of help ), and forbids Al-Fahshâ’

( i.e all evil deeds, e.g. illegal sexual acts,

disobedience of parents, polytheism, to tell lies,

to give false witness, to kill a life without right ),

and Al-Munkar (i.e all that is prohibited by Islâmic law:

polytheism of every kind,

disbelief and every kind of evil deeds), and Al-Baghy

( i.e. all kinds of oppression )

He admonishes you, that you may take heed }

‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالُوا :

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ :

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

وَفِي حَدِيثِ زُهَيْرٍ قَالَ :



( قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :

إِنَّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَلَى مَنَابِرَ مِنْ نُورٍ عَنْ يَمِينِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ

وَكِلْتَا يَدَيْهِ يَمِينٌ الَّذِينَ يَعْدِلُونَ فِي حُكْمِهِمْ وَأَهْلِيهِمْ وَمَا وَلُوا (

صحيح مسلم

( It has been narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah b.

Umar that the Messenger of Allah ( may peace be upon him )

said: verily, the Dispensers of justice will be seated

on the pulpits of light beside God, on the right side

of the Merciful, Exalted; and both of His sides are right

( being equal in honor ); those who practiced justice in their

rulings, in matters relating to their families

and in all that they undertake to do )
