بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
{ إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَحْمِلْنَهَا
وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الإِنْسَانُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولا }
[ الأحزاب 72 ]
وقال علي بن أبي طلحة عن ابن عباس :
الأمانة الفرائض عرضها الله على السماوات والأرض والجبال
إن أدوها أثابهم وإن ضيعوها عذبهم فكرهوا ذلك وأشفقوا عليه من غير معصية
ولكن تعظيما لدين الله أن لا يقوموا بها ثم عرضها على آدم فقبلها بما فيها
وهو قوله تعالى :
{ وَحَمَلَهَا الإِنْسَانُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولا }
أي غرا بأمر الله وقال ابن جرير :
حدثنا ابن بشار حدثنا محمد بن جعفر:
حدثنا شعبة عن أبي بشر عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس :
أنه قال في هذه الآية :
{ إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ
فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا }
قال عرضت على آدم فقال خذها بما فيها فإن أطعت غفرت لك وإن عصيت عذبتك
قال قبلت فما كان إلا مقدار ما بين العصر إلى الليل
من ذلك اليوم حتى أصاب الخطيئة .

{ Truly, We did offer Al-Amânah
( the trust or moral responsibility or honesty
and all the duties which Allâh has ordained )
to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains,
but they declined to bear it and were afraid of it
( i.e. afraid of Allâh’s Torment ). But man bore it.
Verily, he was unjust ( to himself ) and ignorant
of its results }
[ Al-Ahzab 33:72 ]

وعن أبى يعلى معقل بن يسار رضي الله عنه قال:
سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول :
( ما من عبد يستر عليه الله رعية، يموت يوم يموت وهو غاش لرعيته،
إلا حرم الله عليه الجنة )
متفق عليه
وفي رواية :
( فلم يحطها بنصحه لم يجد رائحة الجنة )
وفي رواية لمسلم:
( ما من أمير يلى أمور المسلمين، ثم لا يجهد لهم وينصح لهم،
إلا لم يدخل معهم الجنة (

( Abu Ya'la Ma'qil bin Yasar
( May Allah be pleased with him ) reported:
Messenger of Allah ( Peace be upon him ) said,
Any servant whom Allah makes him in charge of subjects
and he dies while he is not sincere to them,
Allah will make Jannah unlawful for him )
[ Al-Bukhari and Muslim ].
( Another narration is: Allah's Messenger
( Peace be upon him ) said, He who does not look after
his subjects ( people ) with goodwill and sincerity,
will be deprived of the fragrance of Jannah )
( A narration in Muslim is: Messenger of Allah
( Peace be upon him ) said, A ruler who, having control
over the affairs of the Muslims, does not strive diligently
for their betterment and does not serve them sincerely,
will not enter Jannah with them )
