بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
{ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ
وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ
لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا }
[ النساء 64 ]
{ فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ
ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا }
[ النساء 65 ]
يقول تعالى :
{ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ }
أي فرضت طاعته على من أرسل إليهم وقوله :
{ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ }
قال مجاهد :
أي لا يطيع أحد إلا بإذني يعني لا يطيعه إلا من وفقته لذلك قوله :
{ وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُمْ بِإِذْنِهِ }
أي عن أمره وقدره ومشيئته وتسليطه إياكم عليهم وقوله :
{ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ }
الآية يرشد تعالى العصاة والمذنبين إذا وقع منهم الخطأ والعصيان
أن يأتوا إلى الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فيستغفروا الله عنده
ويسألوه أن يستغفر لهم فإنهم إذا فعلوا ذلك تاب الله عليهم ورحمهم وغفر لهم
ولهذا قال :
{ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا }
وقوله :
{ فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ }
يقسم تعالى بنفسه الكريمة المقدسة أنه لا يؤمن أحد
حتى يحكم الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في جميع الأمور فما حكم به فهو الحق
الذي يجب الانقياد له باطنا وظاهرا ولهذا قال :
{ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا }
أي إذا حكموك يطيعونك في بواطنهم فلا يجدون في أنفسهم حرجا
مما حكمت به وينقادون له في الظاهر والباطن فيسلمون لذلك تسليما كليا
من غير ممانعة ولا مدافعة ولا منازعة .

{ We sent no Messenger, but to be obeyed by Allâh's Leave.
If they ( hypocrites ), when they had been unjust to themselves,
had come to you ( Muhammad ) and begged
Allâh's Forgiveness, and the Messenger had begged forgiveness
for them: indeed, they would have found Allâh All-Forgiving
( One Who accepts repentance ), Most Merciful }
[ An-Nisa 4:64 ]
{ But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith,
until they make you ( O Muhammad ) judge in all disputes
between them, and find in themselves no resistance
against your decisions, and accept ( them ) with full submission }
[ An-Nisa 4:65 ]

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ قَالَ :
حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ :
( أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ خَاصَمَ الزُّبَيْرَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
فِي شِرَاجِ الْحَرَّةِ الَّتِي يَسْقُونَ بِهَا النَّخْلَ
فَقَالَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ سَرِّحْ الْمَاءَ يَمُرُّ فَأَبَى عَلَيْهِ
فَاخْتَصَمَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلزُّبَيْرِ أَسْقِ يَا زُبَيْرُ
ثُمَّ أَرْسِلْ الْمَاءَ إِلَى جَارِكَ
فَغَضِبَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ فَقَالَ : أَنْ كَانَ ابْنَ عَمَّتِكَ فَتَلَوَّنَ وَجْهُ
رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ اسْقِ يَا زُبَيْرُ ثُمَّ احْبِسْ الْمَاءَ
حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الْجَدْرِ
فَقَالَ الزُّبَيْرُ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَحْسِبُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ نَزَلَتْ فِي ذَلِكَ :
{ فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ } )

( Narrated 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair:
An Ansari man quarrelled with Az-Zubair in the presence
of the Prophet about the Harra Canals which were used
for irrigating the date-palms. The Ansari man said to
Az-Zubair, "Let the water pass' but Az-Zubair refused
to do so. So, the case was brought before the Prophet who said
to Az-Zubair, "O Zubair ! Irrigate ( your land ) and then
let the water pass to your neighbor.
On that the Ansari got angry and said to the Prophet,
Is it because he (i.e. Zubair) is your aunt's son?
On that the color of the face of Allah's Apostle changed
( because of anger ) and he said, "O Zubair! Irrigate
( your land ) and then withhold the water till it reaches
the walls between the pits round the trees.
Zubair said, "By Allah, I think that the following verse
was revealed on this occasion":
But no, by your Lord They can have No faith Until they
make you judge In all disputes between them )
